When using the Mom macro package,
I'm seeing the literal color name "black"
rendered above a horizontal rule.
Reproduced with the quite freshly up to date Arch Linux package:
https://archlinux.org/packages/core/x86_64/groff/, groff version 1.23.0
Steps to reproduce:
Put the following into a foo.mom file:
.TITLE "Example"
.DOCTYPE LETTER
.PRINTSTYLE TYPESET
.PAPER A4
.START
.DRH
Process it with
groff -mom -Tpdf < foo.mom > foo.pdf
