Not worth overriding in Gnulib, since no one uses GB18030; this encoding only occurs in check-lists used by software vendors who want to sell in the Chinese market. Probably not worth documenting either: CheriBSD is based on FreeBSD, and the GB18030 converter is already broken in FreeBSD [1].
