I went through all remaining http:// URLs and replaced them with a https:// equivalent if I could find one. In some cases it was easy (e.g. Microsoft takes care that old URLs keep working), in some other cases it was hard (e.g. Oracle and HP regularly break URLs and trash published documentation from their sites). lists.gnu.org appears to work fine with https, so I included it.
