Here it is.
Please check, review, test.

One thing not yet handled: find prohibits the use of '-files0-from -'
together with the conflicting actions -ok and -okdir, but it doesn't
(yet?) prohibit other aliases of standard input like /dev/stdin:

  proggy | find -files0-from /dev/stdin -okdir smthng {} \;
