Hi,
I have committed the first part of the patch - including dwarf2dbg.h - but I
have omitted the second part - the extra call to dwarf_emit_insn(0). I could
see no reason for this second call, and it was not mentioned in your posting,
so I have just assumed that it is a typo. If it is not, please could you let
me know and I will consider applying that part of the patch too.
