[~jiannan], this comment doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Your comment
doesn't imply a use case and there has been no investment in that code that is
visible to this community. Given that it is in the way because this license
issue, Ivan's suggestion might be the best choice. I'd give a few more days to
see if there is any feedback here, but without use cases and investment in the
code, I'd say +1 here.
