I was looking for Brain Warp too. They are so hard to find that what I ended up doing was getting a Star Wars themed version of the game. Supposedly it's the same hardware and software as Brain Warp but with a Star Wars theme applied. Instead of a cube, It was the Death Star with six pylons on it for what was each side of the cube, and instead of colors, each pylon is a character from the movie. Since I'm a big Star Wars fan, it suited me just fine.
