I found out when I killed the boss in froggert atlantis that was monster 26 of the 27 moonsters in swordy quest. My guess is since I'm killing flame dragons to get to 1,000 of them the last monster I meet will be another dragon and for sure way more difficult to kill. It takes me most of a half hour with an obsidion staff to kill a flame dragon so I can expect to probably have to spend an hour killing the last one.
