Gmail hates everyone at times, but some of us it hates for longer.

Specifically, tccat is ok. I've just tried (8.3-rc, the Ryzen) and
confirmed that. But I can't persuade transcode to do anything
useful with the vob file (possibly, missing dependencies).

And anyway, plain ffmpeg now has lots of readable documentation in
is wiki, and it has now created an mp4 from the vob.

I _used_ to know how to use transcode itself, but ISTR that when I
last used it (possibly with more dpendencies, I think they need to
be turned on at config time) all I could really do was create avi
files.

As to the other programs, the avi* are of no interest to me, nor hte
other tc*.
