I do not have choice of 'Citation_Pages' for Template under Default Format:
TeX cite command in BibDesk Template Preferences, as shown in your
screenshot.
Is that necessary?
If so, how do I create that template?

When I export RTF, I just get a copy of the same ChicagoCitationTemplate.rtf
file.

I have MacTeX installed. Are xelatex and biber part of MacTeX?

When I search my HD, nothing is found for 'xelatex', but a folder
'biblatex-biber' is found when I search for 'biber'.

If I need to install xelatex and biber, where do I get them, and is there
any special method of install?

Can they be installed in MacTex folder?

Will xelatex and biber alter/disturb my MacTex setup, and cause problems if
I later want to use MMD LaTeX, etc.?
