Interesting I am dealing with one of the two local distributors in Malta and 
they are quite helpful when it comes to encountering issues.

When i say HP, i don't necessarily mean not HPE, its just a typing autopilot 
thing.  i've had some outright battles with HP sales, support, and with their 
hardware specifically over the years.  they have a lot of nifty ideas, but i've 
found they generally fall short when the product actually hits the market or 
it's got some obnoxious quirk that other server vendors don't have.  ie Gen8 
server rails.

this is just my opinion, others i'm sure will differ.
