Yes, that's an old 288-port (max) Cisco DDR switch. The port count goes quite well with the rest (8 racks with 8 chassis of what looks to be 4in2U => 256 nodes). The racklayout is also reasonable for an old style open computer room (32 nodes => ~10KW per rack). If the 32 1U boxes (also seen) are GPU boxes and the 89TF is total sum then (assuming dual socket magnycour) even the FLOPs seem plausible.
