Yes, that's an old 288-port (max) Cisco DDR switch. The port count goes quite 
well with the rest (8 racks with 8 chassis of what looks to be 4in2U => 256 
nodes).

The racklayout is also reasonable for an old style open computer room (32 
nodes => ~10KW per rack).

If the 32 1U boxes (also seen) are GPU boxes and the 89TF is total sum then 
(assuming dual socket magnycour) even the FLOPs seem plausible.

Worth noting however is that the cabling seems at best incomplete (some 
chassis not cabled at all, others without IB, ...:
