Hi folks, I'm using Beagle Board Black with a Chipsee 5" LCD Touchscreen cape [1]. With this combination I have the following problem:
Whenever I boot with the cape on the BBB, the serial console is not working. I do not see the boot log I only see kernel messages when already booted up e.g. a USB device is connected. If I disconnect the cape and let the same image boot, the serial console is working without problems. I'm seeing this behaviour on the latest Angstrom image as well as on BBBAndroid. Does anyone know why the serial console is not working with the cape? Can someone guide me to get this working?
