BBEdit ought to have something comparable but I've searched the manual
and can't find anything other than cmd-j to jump to a line number. I
do use that -- memorize the current line, scroll away, cmd-j to get
back where I was -- but I would much rather have keystrokes to say
"stake in the ground here" and "go back there."
Feature request? Or overlooked feature?
Overlooked feature. :-) The "Jump Back" and "Jump Forward"
commands will probably do what you need, without requiring you
to remember to manually mark a jump point (which you can still
do, if you need to). Those commands don't have keyboard
equivalents by default, but you can assign them in the Menus preferences.
Enjoy,

Someday I'll look back on all this and laugh... until they
sedate me.
