Hello, we do the following:- One Pool which is disk based for daily incremental and a full backup on friday evening
- One Pool which is tape based to do a virtual full out of the disk based at the weekend which is taken offsite for disaster recovery
If we have to do a restore after the virtual full the tapes are always choosen as source because they are newer than the disk based backup, at least for files which have not changed since the last weekend. Because the tapes are offsite this is inconvenient and we therefore looking for a restore limited to the disk Pool.
