Is your virtual host overloaded, like 99% of them are?
If you are backing up multiple VMs, or VM images at the same time as
VMs, you are most likely causing the VMs to be swapped-out for a time,
which can lead to a network timeout.
Run the backup of the winderrs VM while nothing else is going on, and
see what happens.
