Well, we already have AC_PACKAGE, AC_COPYRIGHT (shouldn't it be
AC_LICENSE btw?), and now AC_COMMENT.

I don't feel good to see those names being used.  Maybe we should use
a sub name space?  Either a new one, or CONFIG: AC_CONFIG_PACKAGE,
AC_CONFIG_COMMENT?

Grmph.  Maybe not.
