Hi Authors,
Note that you are receiving this mail because you are an author (or relevant
party) for one of the Cluster 430 (C430) documents mentioned below. Please
review the notes below and let us know if anything is amiss.
1) We understand there is some urgency to getting RFC 9849
<draft-ietf-tls-esni> published, so it will retain its normative reference to
RFC 8446. We believe the following three documents should be published and
released together, as soon as possible.
[C430] TI draft-ietf-tls-esni (RFC-to-be 9849)
TI = Tooling Issue; pending new release of xml2rfc
to fix (https://github.com/ietf-tools/xml2rfc/pull/1292)
[C430] AUTH48-DONE draft-ietf-tls-svcb-ech (RFC-to-be 9848)
[C430] AUTH48-DONE draft-farrell-tls-pemesni (RFC-to-be 9934)
2) We believe the following three documents should be published together with
references to RFC 9846 <draft-ietf-tls-rfc8446bis>.
[C430] AUTH48-DONE draft-ietf-tls-keylogfile (RFC-to-be 9850)
[C430] AUTH48-DONE draft-ietf-tls-tls12-frozen (RFC-to-be 9851)
[C430] AUTH48-DONE draft-ietf-uta-require-tls13 (RFC-to-be 9852)
3) The following document has a normative reference to RFC 8446. Should this
be updated to refer to RFC 9846 <draft-ietf-tls-rfc8446bis> or should it be
published with the existing reference to RFC 8446?
[C430] AUTH48 draft-ietf-tls-dtls-rrc (RFC-to-be 9853)
Thanks,
Sandy Ginoza
