The latter unnecessarily makedepends on AUR/perl-test-use-ok that is
EOL since 2012 and is a partial predecessor duplicate of perl-test-
simple, carried by Arch/core/perl.
From what you wrote, it seems all your problems stem from not this
package, but `perl-moosex-traits`. So instead of deleting this, why not
adopt and fix /that/ package instead?
