Request #36704 has been Rejected by muflone [1]: the first issue about the binary package is valid, so if you want to maintain it please submit a lscolors-bin package and ask for a merge (the current maintainer seems not interested in it).
the second issue about the namespace is not really valid, the package name was free and it was used [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/muflone/
