MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-bloom [2]: I suggest to delete this broken Python 2 package.
Though upstream still supports Python 2.7 as of yet, they also support Python 3.8+. On Arch/AUR, so many Python 2 modules are missing, that this 'release automation tool' is not recommended to anyone as a Python 2 version. Safe to delete as nothing depends on this.
