MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-indigo-rosgraph [2]: This has been discontinued as one single tarball containing multiple Python interfaces.
Instead, the project has created separate repos and release tarballs for four different Python modules. Package has last been updated in 2017. It is now broken due to defunct Python 2 dependencies.
