The C++ library is provided by extra/libsigrok. The -git package also
needs to include it for compatibility with C++ projects, including
pulseview, by the same developer. If you don't like it, open an issue
against the official Arch package.

$ pacman -Fl extra/libsigrok | grep 'cxx\.'
libsigrok usr/include/libsigrokcxx/libsigrokcxx.hpp
libsigrok usr/lib/libsigrokcxx.so
libsigrok usr/lib/libsigrokcxx.so.4
libsigrok usr/lib/libsigrokcxx.so.4.1.1
libsigrok usr/lib/pkgconfig/libsigrokcxx.pc

Icons are installed by the make file. They are also included in
extra/libsigrok. If you don't like it, complain to the developer.

$ pacman -Fl extra/libsigrok | grep -E '(png|svg)'
libsigrok usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/mimetypes/libsigrok.png
libsigrok usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/mimetypes/libsigrok.svg

Your accusation is not appreciated. Users can see the changes on git and
compare with extra/ligsigrok.

If you cared, you could have updated the package yourself rather than
disown, or replied to the 2024 comment in a timely manner to explain why
you refuse to add some depends to build the cxx library. Instead, you
chose to ignore it.
