Actually, nothing. This puristic discussion arises for every release for
almost ten years. We should keep this tradition. ;)
We can just use this for the POT file:
"Project-Id-Version: audacity master\n"
Or:
"Project-Id-Version: audacity\n"
Like other projects i translate.
Then translators can use the same in PO files or a version number if
they like to remember what version they worked on last time.
