you need. But almost nothing is translated in it. I will have to translate
it whole.
You can sync the audacity.pot file with your .po file, and just translate the
strings you do not have already.

Hello. I downloaded po file but it is bugged out because i

File say audacity 2.0.0. I wanted to translate slovak language for

The file is valid (at least it passes the msgfmt -vc check).
Please try

download it once more.
Do not mind about the version string. The file is for Audacity
2.3.2.
If you have your copy of the previous translation, please use the
new
catalog
https://github.com/audacity/audacity/raw/master/locale/audacity.pot
to merge your results with the new catalog. This can be done with
poEdit,
Lokalize or simple
msgmerge -U yours_sk.po audacity.pot
