I'm handing over to Paul to make decisions on pot file updates, if any,
as he is managing translations for 2.3.0 and knows more about it than I
do. My understanding is that a pot file update means more work for all
translators, so I am leaving it to Paul to decide when and whether to
make changes. Just after string freeze we also got a request in for a
more informative error message too, because of a change Windows has made
in access to microphone, so we need to think about that one as well.
So expect a message from Paul about what we are doing presently.

While translating, I found a few typos in the source. I've made a patch:
https://github.com/audacity/audacity/pull/295 . I think it is safe to
apply
even if in translation freeze since it includes .po fixes as well.
