Thank you, Mike; now I know for certain where to look for it; I think I'll
hold off a bit on installing JFW 15--at least until I deal with PayPal--in
case the problem persists, but I'm not hearing it from anyone else.

If you are entitled to the update to JFW 15, I would go ahead and install
it. If you want to go back to IE 10, I think you go to programs and
features, it's actually listed in the windows updates rather than the list
of programs.
