If you are entitled to the update to JFW 15, I would go ahead and install it. If you want to go back to IE 10, I think you go to programs and features, it's actually listed in the windows updates rather than the list of programs.

Thanks, Darrel; now I have to remember how to go back; I guess I should have
stayed with 10, though I don't know if installing JAWS 15 will take care of
any of the issues I'm having.
Many thanks,
Darla

I would go back to I.E. 10. I did and now I have a lot less problems.

Subject: [ATI] PayPal Issue

I am using JFW 14, Windows 7 and I.E. 11, and it seems to hang up on the
log-in page for PayPal; should I go back to I.E. 10--hoping I kept Denny's
instructions--or do I need to change something else?

Many thanks,

Darla
