Asterisk CVS instructions: http://www.asterisk.org/index.php?menu=download Download CVS HEAD or CVS STABLE for Asterisk. Zaptel and LIBPRI do not have a CVS stable branch, only a CVS head branch. I recommend the stable branch.
The code you are looking for is only in the HEAD branch.
