Unfortunately this is a production server now, so I'm a little wary of testing out non-release builds (if it were not production, I would definitely test). Seeing consistent call operation plus your info below quells my concerns. I'll just be happy without lights. I've opened issue 18939 and attached some patches if you want to try them. That way I can add your reported by / tested-by information if you would like.
