Is it possible to record calls for specific ACD Agents? >From looking at queues.conf and agents.conf, it appears that all calls for a >specific queue can be record, or all calls for all agents can be recorded.
I'd like to be able to specify that calls for a _specific_ agent are recorded. Case in point is a new staff member that a supervisor wants to monitor. Anyone know if it's possible?
