Good day Thomas.

I realize both of those modules are needed. I will go through another 
test today and let you know my results. What version of strawberry perl 
are you using? and are you using 32 or 64 bit? I will try as you 
suggested and I even launched CPAN through the command line to get these 
modules installed previously. They failed from there as well.
