Product categorization is not localized in the application. Some people have used product category codes, some use English as the base category (and create product name alias in the necessary language to make the product searchable in each language) Alias however is only available where there is a product name defined.

For example: If I have a help desk in Spain and I have already upload their prod an op-cats in Spanish. Then when Spain transfers a ticket to the the USA help desk, which has it's prod and op-cats uploaded in English. How will the prod and op-cats appear in the USA system if it originated in Spain? Oh forgot to mention it's all 1 single system with Spain and the USA both being separate tenants. _ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" and have been for 20 years_ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org "Where the Answers Are, and have been for 20 years"
