Rick,

I'm guessing you just need a slight nudge in the right direction...

Go to the Service Level Management Console.
Click on the Service Targets Tab
Click Create
Select "CI Unavailability under Applies To field
Under Goal Type you want to select CI Outage
Fill out the rest of the information as you would for any SLAs.

I am pretty sure there is a way to do this, but it's currently eluding me.

We want to associate CIs (Business Processes) to a Change Request, and 
have a person associated with that CI to be automatically included in the 
Approval notification process for that RFC.

So how can I do that?

Same question for v8.1.
