ARS/ITSM 7.0.2 I am pretty sure there is a way to do this, but it's currently eluding me.
We want to associate CIs (Business Processes) to a Change Request, and have a person associated with that CI to be automatically included in the Approval notification process for that RFC. So how can I do that? Same question for v8.1.
