Hi Harry: On the reports where this issue is happening, if you access them from the CMC Console, go to the History, highlight the scheduled instance (should have a Status of Recurring), then hit Actions --> Reschedule, then go to Formats and Destinations and expand the option for Destinations Options and Settings, is the box that says “Add file extension” checked?

What version of Analytics are you running? 3. When you schedule a report, do you manually set the Destination Options and Settings or do you accept the Job Server’s defaults? If we save a report directly to the file share (not scheduled) the extension is visible. appreciate your help... -Harry _ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" and have been for 20 years_ _ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" and have been for 20 years_ _ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" and have been for 20 years_ _ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" and have been for 20 years_ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org "Where the Answers Are, and have been for 20 years"
