Which version of RKM are you using? If you are in 7.6.04 or above there are AR Web reports that may cover what you need. One thing we learned is that we needed our techs to "use" the article for it to show up. That triggered the counter in the report. I am unsure if this has been changed in 7.6.04 or above.
