Sweety, It depends on if you want your tool to send the mail, or if you want the Remedy server to send the email. If you want the remedy server to do it, you could just create a record with appropriate values populated in AR System Email Messages, then the Remedy Email Engine would send it out like any other.
If you want your app to send the email, choose mail code appropriate for your language, and construct appropriate methods.
