1) user logging to see what is being used and when. 2)RRR tool is the best for analysis but you should run user log for 6 weeks or so to get a good picture 3) Log in to BMC support and go to License/request license and you can see what you should have by support ID 4) BMC may not be your best bet for buying additional licenses, partners like Column Technology, often will give a better deal.
