Talking tools there is also the MPS AR License Management which gives you a
full version to try for free with a limit of 20 users.

One difference between the two tools is the RRR tools do not require any
changes to your environment (other than turning on user logging if you do
not already have it turned on) whereas the MPS tool actively connects to
your Remedy system and requires an additional Java app to be running (I
have set it up a few times, it is pretty straight forward).
