ITSM 764 sp2 ARS 764 sp2 We are having an issue where sometimes the email engine cannot connect to the mailhost to send mail. It appears to be an issue on the mail server were there are too many connections. When this happen the email engine will send thousands of errors to the server log file and the AR System EMail Error Log form. Today alone we have added 50,000 entries but have only sent a few hundred emails. Since I did notice this happening there are now over 1 million error records in the form.
Anybody have any thoughts on how to decrease the number of error messages that get created? Any thoughts on why SO many errors get generated? Thank you.
