Hi List, Can someone please assist me to understand what is the procedure of replicating BMC Analytics database from ITSM Database. On my current project, Datbases for both are same but on different instances. Data is not same on both instances, so it seems both databases are not in sync.
Can someone please tell me the procedure to synchronoize Aanlytics database with ITSM database?
