Just wondering...running 7.6 user/Developer 8.1...is there a way when setting up a filter for notification to change the font? I have a filter that looks for priority 1 tickets and then will send an email notification to a certain department. It seems like they over look part of the email and I would like to make it bold and change the color if possible. Shoot if I could make it flash I would. :)
