Click "Initiate CI Sync" on the form CTM:PeopleSyncConsole. This sets a trigger on all CTM:People records that don't have a Recon ID yet. Then there's an escalation that fires every 25 minutes to create the missing BMC_Person records. (The actual update is done via the same workflow that Jesus's suggestion uses, but you don't have to do a modify all on 40K records. The people sync console updates them with a direct SQL statement and skips the ones that have already been sync'd.) Jason Bess

The way I fix them is save the CTM:People record for the person in question with a status of Offline, save, then back to Enable, save. This causes the record to get sent to BMC_Person. If it does not work, check your Reconcilation job for BMC.Sandbox and see if that is running. To do this in bulk, you would have to modify all in chunks or create an escalation to set them to Offline, then another to Enable. There are many ways to skin a cat. As far as the underlying bug is concerned, there’s probably a hot fix somewhere for it. We have over 40,000 users in CTM:People, however they are not in BMC_Person. We need to have the 40,000 in BMC_Person. _ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" and have been for 20 years_ Information contained in this email is subject to the disclaimer found by clicking on the following link: http://www.lyondellbasell.com/Footer/Disclaimer/ _ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" and have been for 20 years_ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org "Where the Answers Are, and have been for 20 years"
