Hi Neha, You have to go to the BMC Product Download site for downloading the BMC Remedy AR System suite. Before Installing the ARServer you need to install jdk 1.6 or above followed by Any database server (MS SQL Server,Oracle,DB2,Sybase) then arserver,the suite includes arsystem server along with all the components that comes with the package and Developer studio is on of the component. There are 3 Default license comes with the installation suite. the default user is "Demo" with no passowrd. You can give password during intallation. And to be able to buy license it cost you in lacks,hence you need your sales team to contact BMC for license.
