Kevin, This is because the ARS sp3 installer overwrites the pluginsvr_config.xml file in the pluginsvr directory. Do you have a backup copy of it? If so, you can simply replace it. If you have other servers in the group that have not been touched, you can grab it from there and just change the host names. Verify the file paths as well.
