Remedy/ITSM 7.5 Setup: I have 5 users, each with their own login ID's (of course). All 5 users belong to the same group. I want the members of the group to be on the approval list, but I only want a single notification sent out (for approvals at least)...and I want that notification to be sent to a group mailbox. How do I go about setting that up? The config I'm working with at the moment is that all 5 are members.
