Hello arslist! If possible, I would like to verify whether the term "Remedy Approved Consultant" is still a valid certification status for BMC/Remedy. I cannot see any reference to this terminology on BMC's education web site (unless I am missing it). It only seems to mention "Certified Professional" and "Certified Expert". A few years ago (when I was a RAC) it was restricted to only BMC Partners and involved a course/fee whenever new technology was released. Is there still something like this today and is it only restricted to partners? Have the new programs superseded it? Terry
