- Remedy 7.6 Patch 003 - ITSM 7.6 - SRM 7.6 SP1 We are currently using ITSM Change Management 7.6 with Task Templates and Task Group templates. The users currently select the Task Group template that they wish to use which then, as per design, automatically associates the required task Groups and Tasks. Our users have now come back to us and wanted to know if, after a task group template has been associated to a change, they are able to add Ad-hoc tasks to the task group which must then follow the same flow as the other tasks in that task group.
