Except for Sashimi and Sushi.. I would agree with that.. I happen to love raw Japanese stuff to death and found just a couple of good Japanese places out there while I was there.. Ones next to the Marriott that I lived at if I didn’t care to drive as it was in the strip mall adjoining the hotel and the other was a drive away near the Galleria..
I did however find a number of places that had decent raw oysters for appetizers..
